Reiki/Crystal Healing

Reiki is an energy healing technique. It is derived from the Japanese word (Rei) meaning "Universal Life" and (Ki) which mean "Energy". Reiki works on all levels; Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual. It is a transfer of energy by way of "laying on hands" that can release blocked or stagnant energy from the body encouraging pure positive energy to flow in its place, which in turn promotes deep healing. Although it is not a cure for disease or illness it can assist the body to facilitate its own profound healing. Distant or in person sessions available. Reiki/Crystal Healing session - 75 minutes (includes a brief check in, Reiki and Crystal Healing, and finishing off with a Crystal Facial Massage) 

Reiki Drumming

Reiki Drumming is a form of sound healing that combines the healing energy of Reiki with the repetitive beats of a native drum. This vibration induces healing, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I have found this combination of healing incredibly powerful and effective for releasing past trauma, energetic blocks and promoting deep emotional healing. In person session recommended. Reiki Drumming - 1.5 - 2.0 hours (session includes intuitive coaching following by a Reiki Drumming session, crystals will also be used if I am guided to use as well)

Crystal Healing

Crystal Healing Therapy is a holistic natural approach where crystals are placed on or around the body. Each crystal has its own healing properties. Placing these crystals on the client amplifies the healing properties therefore promoting physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual healing. When the crystals interact with the body's natural energetic frequency, the body is left feeling relaxed, renewed, re-energized. Adding the energy of the crystals to any modality is a great combination for soulful healing, grounding and centering. Distant or in person sessions available. Crystal Healing session - 75 minutes (includes brief check in, placement of Crystals on or around the body and a healing or grounding guided meditation. Finishing off with a Crystal Facial Massage) 

Reflexology

Reflexology Therapy is a natural healing modality derived from the study based on the principle that there are reflexes found in the feet, hands and ears that map to other glands, organs and part of the body. Through application of pressure on the reflexes, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and promotes healing and balance in those areas of the body. In person session only Reflexology session -75 minutes (brief check in, relaxing massage on your shins and calves, and feet followed by a full reflexology session)

Reflexology & Crystal Healing

Reflexology session combined with Crystal Healing - 1.5 hours (brief check in, placement of Crystals on or around the body for a chakra balancing, followed by a relaxing reflexology session, finishing off with a Crystal facial massage)

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is a holistic healing technique focusing on the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face. This modality originated in India and has been practiced for over 4000 years. In person session only. Benefits of Indian Head massage includes: -Insomnia -Stress, anxiety and fatigue -Improves blood and lymph flow within your body, boosting the immune system. -reduces tension in muscles in shoulders, back, neck, head and face which in turn releases built up toxins -helps with jaw problems, eye strain and sinusitis Indian Head Massage (brief check in and a relaxing Indian Head Massage)

Indian Head Massage/Crystal Healing                                                         $150.00

Intuitive Coaching

I support clients to identify and break through the barriers that keep from moving forward. We work together through conversation to help confront the root causes of unexplainable emotions that are felt. Sessions are done virtually or in person. 

Intuitive Coaching in combination of Reiki/Crystal Healing OR Reflexology/Crystal Healing session

I support clients to identify and break through the barriers that keep from moving forward. We work together through conversation to help confront the root causes of unexplainable emotions that are felt. Followed by a relaxing Reiki/Crystal Healing OR Reflexology/Crystal Healing session.  Sessions can be done virtually or in person with the exception of Reflexology.  Reflexology is an in-person session. 

House Healing

House healing is a comprehensive process and takes a while to complete.  It works to balance the energies not only in the home and property but also the occupants.  I work on identifying and harmonizing a variety of energy and energetic blocks within your home. This includes Geopathic and Technopathic stress.  There may be areas in your home that aren't as comfortable and you may even tend to stay away from those areas.  This may be due to negative energy which can manifest in various ways, including health of the occupants in the home.  My goal is to restore this unwanted energy into a more peaceful space for you.  This work is done remotely.

Full Assessment would include:

Consultation with Clients

Diagnosis - Identifying any detrimental energy such as:

Geopathic Stress (fault lines, underground water lines, earth energy lines) 

Technopathic Stress also known as Electromagnetic Stress (cell phones, fuse boxes, smart boxes, Wifi, 5G, electrical wires and outlets)

Geopsychic Stress (negative thoughts forms/patterns, power objects, earthbound souls, animal spirits)

Personal Health Assessment (auric/chakra balancing, family DNA or ancestral issues, detrimental psychic connections, solar/lunar influences)

Healing and Harmonizing - Once I identify any issues, I will then proceed with harmonizing using various healing techniques and modalities.

Report and Follow-Up - A full written report will be provided with all the findings including the harmonizing that was done.  I will follow up with a zoom session to go over the assessment and to answer any further questions or concerns.
